Steps:
- Heat oil in roasting pan. Add garlic and ginger - stir fry until fragrant. Add vegetables, pepper and fried rice seasoning- cover - cook on stove top until vegetables are cooked - or bake in 375 degree oven - stir frequently On stove top, scramble eggs. Add eggs, soy sauce, and chicken - stir and heat through. Place in pans and keep warm. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve
