CHICKEN DIANE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 oz Pasta
3/4 c unsalted butter
1 tbsp + 2 tsp Paul Perdone's Poultry cajun magic
3/4 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
3 c sliced mushrooms (8 oz)
1/4 c minced green onion
3 tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
1 c Chicken stock

Steps:

  • Cook pasta, rinse in hot water then cold. Rub with oil. Mash 4 tbsp of butter with seasoning in mixing bowl. Heat large skillet and add chicken. Brown then add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes. Add green onion, parsley and stock. Cook until sauce is boiling. Add remaining butter in pats. Cook 3 minutes then add pasta and mix. Serve immediately.
