Steps:
- 1. Simmer chicken until tender.
- 2. Remove chicken, cool and dice.
- 3. Boil broth uncovered until reduced to one cup.
- 4. Add onion, carrots and celery. Simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.
- 5. Gradually stir in soup and milk.
- 6. Add chicken and cheese; heat and stir until cheese melts.
- 7. Garnish with shredded cheese if desired.
