CHICKEN & BROCCOLI STUFFING SKILLET image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 Tbsp oil
1 cup water
10 oz frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained OR 2 cups fresh
2 cups Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • 1. COOK chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. 2. ADD water and broccoli to skillet; bring to boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. 3. RETURN chicken to skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low; cover.
