Steps:
- Saute onion and celery. Mix rice, cooked broccoli, soups, cheez whiz, and chicken. Stir everything and pour 1/2 in 13x9. Layer cheese, add other half and more cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
