Steps:
- 1. Pat chicken pieces dry.
- 2. Combine ingredients for rub.
- 3. Smear rub over both sides of chicken.
- 4. The more you use, the spicier it will be.
- 5. Brush grill with 2 tablespoons oil.
- 6. Place chicken on grill, skin side down.
- 7. Cook over medium heat, about 10 to 12 minutes per side, until chicken is just cooked through.
- 8. If heat is too high, coating will burn; if too low, cooking time will be a little longer.
