Steps:
- 1. Coat chicken with flour.
- 2. Mix eggs, water, romano cheese, parsley and salt.
- 3. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then into bread crumbs.
- 4. Heat butter and oil in large skillet.
- 5. Cook chicken breasts over medium heat until browned about 15 minutes.
- 6. Remove chicken to baking dish 11-1/2 x 7-1/2\".
- 7. Heat oven to 425.
- 8. Make cheese sauce.
- 9. Pour cheese sauce over chicken.
- 10. Top each piece with a slice of cheese.
- 11. Bake until cheese melts and chicken is tender, about 8 minutes.
- 12. CHEESE SAUCE: Heat cream, water and butter in 1-quart saucepan until butter melts.
- 13. Add cheese; cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 14. Stir in parsley.
