- COMBINE preserves, mayonnaise and chives in small bowl; mix well.
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add apples, onions and 1 teaspoon steak seasoning. Cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in bread crumbs. Transfer to large bowl. Cool 10 minutes. 3COAT grill grate with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill to medium-high. Crumble ground chicken over cooled apple mixture. Add bacon, egg, mustard, steak seasoning and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning; mix well. Shape into 5 patties.
- GRILL 10 minutes or until internal temperature reads 170°F., turning halfway through cooking time. Top each pattie with 1 slice cheese; grill 1 minute or until melted.5LAYER lettuce leaves, burger patties, Cherry-Chive Mayo and red onion slices on bottom half of English muffins. Top with remaining muffin halves. Serve immediately.
