Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400. Heat olive oil in an oven proof skillet until oil shimmers. Season chicken all over with salt and pepper. When oil shimmers, add chicken and sear 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a plate. In the same skillet, combine butter, garlic and orzo and cook until orzo is golden. Add the wine to the skillet and scrape up all the brown bits. Add chicken broth and artichokes. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Return chicken and juices to pan. Transfer to the oven and cook for about 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
