Steps:
- 1. Stir-fry peppers, sprinkle slightly with sugar (leave crunchy) place aside 2. Stir-fry chicken until done, drain and place aside 3. Boil a pot of water for noodles, cook until tender, drain 4. in sautee pan or large frying pan, place over medium heat 5. Add cooking wine (let cook for a few minutes) then desolve chicken base into cream and add to wine on the stove. 6. Add chicken and let simmer for a few minutes and pasta and remaining ingredients, remove from heat 7. You may add parmesan cheese (fresh or grated)
