CHICKEN ALMONDINE CASSEROLE image

3-4 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup celery, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbl. chopped onion
1/8 cup of butter/margarine melted
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1 sm pkg. slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Mix chicken, rice, celery, soup, mayo, onion. PLace in greased casserole. Top with corn flakes, sprinkle with butter, follow with almonds. Bake @ 350 deg. 40 min. uncovered.
