Chicken a la Pizza with Parmesan image

No dough required! Just chicken breasts pounded flat and piled with all your favorite pizza toppings, including red sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan.

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Place chicken in single layer in 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasonings and 1 Tbsp. Parmesan. Top with pizza sauce; sprinkle with an additional 1 Tbsp. Parmesan.
  • Bake 20 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan.
  • Bake 10 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted and chicken is done (165ºF.)
