Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into pinky size strips
Adobo Seco
1 1/2 T cider vinegar
Vegetable oil
Flour

Steps:

  • Toss chicken with adobo & vinegar. Marinate up to 24 hrs. Drain. Heat 3 in. oil to about 390 F. Dredge chicken in flour until coated. Tap off excess flour. Fry until deep golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
