1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey sausage
1 large apple, shredded (about 1 cup)
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/3 cup apple cider
1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine coating mix and seasonings in medium bowl; stir in cheese.
  • Reserve 3 Tbsp. cheese mixture. Mix remaining cheese mixture and milk in large bowl. Add ground beef, turkey sausage, apples and thyme; mix just until blended.
  • Shape meat mixture into 6 (4x2-1/2-inch) loaves; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. Top with reserved cheese mixture; bake 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Mix apple cider and ketchup; serve with meatloaf.
