Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine coating mix and seasonings in medium bowl; stir in cheese.
- Reserve 3 Tbsp. cheese mixture. Mix remaining cheese mixture and milk in large bowl. Add ground beef, turkey sausage, apples and thyme; mix just until blended.
- Shape meat mixture into 6 (4x2-1/2-inch) loaves; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. Top with reserved cheese mixture; bake 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Mix apple cider and ketchup; serve with meatloaf.
