I HAVE BEEN MAKN THIS EASY THROW TOGETHER CHEESY/CORN DISH FOR 30 YEARS NOW....ALWAYS A HIT :)

1 can(s) creamd corn, 15 oz
1 can(s) kernel corn, draind. 15oz
1 pkg corn muffins, i used jiffy
1 c sour cream
1/2 c butter, meltd
2 c cheddar cheese, shredd

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT TO 350. IN A LARGE BOWL STIR TOGETHER BOTH CANS OF CORN, CORN MUFFIN MIX, SOUR CREAM, MELTD BUTTER, N 1 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE.
  • 2. POUR MIXTURE INTO A SPRAYD BAK DISH... I USED 11x7 N BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTL BROWND?
  • 3. AFTER 45 MINUTES SPRINKLE REMAINN 1 CUP OF SHREDD CHEDDAR ON TOP N BAKE FOR 5 MORE MINUTES....REMOVE FROM OVEN LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES N.... ENJOY :)
