These are crunchy and creamy and always a hit. Great for dinner or an appetizer, they are very versatile. You can change up the shredded cheese to suit your taste. For an extra zing, add chopped bacon to the mix. They will disappear.

4 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sour cream
2 Tbsp verde sauce (green salsa)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder

salt and pepper to taste
1 avacado
15 to 18 soft corn tortillas

  • 2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, cheddar and pepper jack cheese with spices and toss to coat evenly. Add sour cream mixture and mix well.
