Another low carb cauliflower rice. This is originally from wieght watchers. I added cheese for a cheesy side dish.

Steps:
- 1. Chop cauliflower in food processor til consistency of rice.
- 2. Saute shallots in olive oil til opaque. Add cauliflower. Cook 3-5min til desired considencey.
- 3. Stir in shredded cheese and soften cream cheese, cover for 3min til cheese melted. Add favorite herbs and spices, and serve.
