Cheesy Cajun Turkey Meatloaf image

Give your next ground turkey meatloaf a spicy makeover! All you need for the transformation are some peppers, Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground turkey
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and peppers; cook 5 to 6 min. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  • Mix turkey and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add onion mixture; mix lightly. Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until done (160ºF). Let stand 5 min.
