Steps:
- Place the brats or sausage, potatoes, minced onion, green beans, red pepper, cheddar cheese, Velveeta Cheese, soup, hot sauce and milk into a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on medium for 3 hours or until potatoes are fork tender. If too thick, add a little more milk.
- Serve with extra cheddar cheese and chopped scallions.
