Chafing Dish Polish Sausage image

Something different for holiday parties.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 lb polish sausage, keilbasa, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
1 large jar chunky applesauce
1/2 c brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Brown the sliced Kielbasa and onions. Add the applesauce and brown sugar. Bake in a casserole for 1 hour at 325-degrees. Serve warm in a chafing dish.
  • 2. I make it even easier on myself by just putting everything in a crock pot after browning sausage and onions and letting in go on low all day.
