Cebolla blanca curtida Recipe image

Cebolla larga
Vinagre
Sal
Azucar
Oregano

Steps:

  • Cortar la cebolla mas o menos de 4 cm., hacer hervir, una vez que hierve botar el agua, hacer esto por 3 veces. Cuando la cebolla esta bien fria, curtirla con vinagre, sal, azucar, oregano y agua fria. Refrigerar.
