1/4 c olive oil
2 clove minced garlic

  • 3. Brush both sides of the steak with the olive oil mixture and place on a well seasoned baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes flipping the steaks halfway through the baking process.
  • 4. NOTES These steaks are easy to cook on the grill. About 5 minutes per side over medium heat (about 350 degrees). If grilling the steaks cut them 3/4 inch thick.
