Steps:
- chop the candied fruit, soak in liqueur and 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup. Mix Mascarpone with the remaining Maple Syrup. Bring Cream, Milk and Vanilla Sugar to a boil. Remove from stove, cool and mix with Mascarpone. Let the mix sit for 1 hour in the fridge - half an hour in the freezer. Put the pre-cooled mix into the ice machine (without candied fruit) and start churning for 20 - 30 mins. When the ice cream starts to gel, add the candied fruit and let it work for another 15 - 20 mins. Can rest in the freezer for some more time. Some recipes
