Cashew Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups cooked chicken chopped into bite size pieces
1 cup grapes split
3/4 cashews
1/2 chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped peeled apples Soaked in 1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayo
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Combine Mayo with seasonings. Taste and season as desired. Combine all chopped ingredients and add in mayo mixture. Serve on crosaints or dinner rolls
