Carolyn's Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole image

Breakfast casserole with potatoes and ham in a creamy sauce.Modified from: Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
8 ounces cooked, diced ham
3 oz diced red onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
1 (10.75 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
3 cups finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, red onions and Cheddar cheese. Spread evenly into prepared dish.
  • Bake 1.5 hour in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly brown. Serve immediately.
