Steps:
- 1. Cook onion in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
- 2. Sprinkle with sugar, and cook 2 minutes.
- 3. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients, and cook 2 minutes.
- 4. Serve warm or cold.
