Caramel Apple Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 Keebler® Ready Crust graham cracker pie crust
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened*
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chunky applesauce
1 1/2 cups non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Spread ice cream topping in crust. Sprinkle with nuts.2. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream, sugar, vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Beat until just combined. Stir in applesauce.3. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spread over nut layer in crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.4. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Store in refrigerator.*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
