My kids love veggies, so when fresh isn't available I get creative with the cans! This is an out of the can recipe but it just tastes so darn good I had to share!

Steps:
- Cook bacon to crisp. Meanwhile combine green beans and potatoes in pan and cook until steamy. Add all herbs and bacon when done cooking.
- Combine and cover, simmering for about 10 minutes to let flavors set. Serve with slotted spoon and top with crumbs.
- When I make this for my family I only do the above steps, however I have made this as a potluck dish, only with fresh green beans, and the following added during the simmering process: 1/2 cup finely sliced tomatoes 1/2 cup diced white onion Its great both ways!
