Candy Apple Salad image

20 ounces pineapple
6 units apples
1 boxes butterscotch pudding
1 tubes cool whip light
0.5 cups peanuts

Steps:

  • Place pineapple with juice in bowl. Core and cut apples in bite-sized pieces and add to pineapple.
  • Sprinkle pudding directly from the box over fruit. Fold in Cool Whip. Add peanuts.
  • Refrigerate at least two (2) hours.
