California Marinade image

This marinade works well with any meat and is great for meat that is for the grill.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c canola oil
3/4 c soy sauce
1/2 c lemon juice
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
1/4 c yellow mustard
1 Tbsp coarse ground pepper
2 clove minced garlic

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients.
  • 2. Whisk until well blended
  • 3. Pour into large plastic bag that can be sealed, along with up to 3 lbs. of meat of your choice.
  • 4. Marinade for 2 hour or more.
