Cajun Fries image

A super simple low-fat fry recipe with a little zip.

2 russet potatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cajun or creole seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Cut potatoes into french fry shapes, coat with olive oil.
  • 2. Sprinkle with seasoning; toss and place on nonstick baking sheet.
  • 3. Bake 15 to 25 minutes in preheated 425-degree oven, or until golden brown and tender.
