Butterscotch Scotchies image

1 stick oleo
1 cup light or dark Karo Syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup chunky peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispies
6 oz butterscotch chips
6 oz chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Bring to a boil the oleo, Karo Syrup, and the sugar. Add the peanut butter and mix well. Then pour onto Rice Krispies.
  • Put into a 9x13-inch pan and pat down firm.
  • Melt the butterscotch and chocolate chips and spread one on the top of mixture and the other make marble effect on the top, and then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
