Steps:
- Boil pasta according to package directions. (Be sure to boil very slowly.)
- Melt butter over low heat in a 12 to 14-inch saute pan until light brown color.
- Add sage leaves and continue cooking until golden brown. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
- Add cooked pasta with a little pasta water and toss. Add cheese and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove sage leaves before serving.
