Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cream butter and flour in large bowl. In a smaller bowl beat sugar and eggs. Slowely add sugar mixture to the flour and beat for 20 min. Add vanilla and baking powder and beat well. Pour batter into non-grased loaf pan and bake for 15 min. Then lower heat to 250 degrees for an additional 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
