8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 lbs Powdered sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 1/2 sticks butter
Coating
3 medium squares of coating chocolate

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients and shape into eggs. refrigerate overnight. Melt chocolate in double boiler and dip eggs in, Place on wax paper and refrigerate
