Steps:
- Blend together cake mix, 2 eggs & softened butter. Spread in 9 x 13 pan.
- In separate bowl, cream together remaining ingredients. Pour on top of cake mixture.
- Bake at 325°F for 35 - 45 minutes (ovens vary). Cake should be lightly browned on top.
