Generally I do not like broccoli unless it is raw..... This recipe was given to me by my dear friend Karen (a domestic goddess in training) and I could it eat every day!

Steps:
- Break up broccoli and place in a roasting pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in a 350- 400 degree oven until edges of broccoli start to turn black (about an hour).
