1 small pear, peeled, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. sesame oil, divided
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick), cut into thin strips
1/2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted

Steps:

  • Process first 6 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Spoon mixture into large shallow dish. Add honey, 1 Tbsp. oil and black pepper; mix well. Add meat; stirring to evenly coat with pear mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat remaining oil in large skillet on high heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Add meat to skillet, in batches; cook 1 to 2 min. or until desired doneness, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seed before serving.
