Buffalo-Style Sausage Bruschetta image

Bring your bruschetta up a notch with this Buffalo-Style Sausage Bruschetta recipe! Thin-sliced sausages are tossed with mozzarella, blue cheese and other Buffalo-style fixins to make a sausage bruschetta you'll never forget.

6 oz. (1/2 of 12-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Beef Sausage
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
3 Tbsp. thin celery slices
2 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
24 French bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted

Steps:

  • Heat broiler.
  • Cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices; place in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except toast slices; mix well.
  • Place toast slices in single layer on baking sheet; top with sausage mixture.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. or until heated through.
