Brussels Sprouts with Garlic & Herb Butter image

These go well with baked or grilled chicken or steaks.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound(s) brussels sprouts
1/2 cup(s) butter
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
1 teaspoon(s) parsley
1/2 teaspoon(s) basil

Steps:

  • Place sprouts in a steamer. Cook until tender. about 10 minutes.
  • While they are steaming, place other ingredients in a pan.
  • Heat over medium until butter melts. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
  • When sprouts are done place them in serving bowl.
  • Pour sauce over the sprouts. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
