BROWNIE SUNDAES image

3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 (3-inches ea.) prepared brownies
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, evaporated milk and brown sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Spoon about 2 tablespoons warm chocolate sauce onto each dessert plate. Top with brownie and scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with additional chocolate sauce if desired. Sprinkle with pecans.
