- 1. Thaw fillets, if frozen. Spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray.
- 2. Place fillets in the basket (do not stack them) and season to taste with the spices. Spray lightly with oil.
- 3. Set temperature at 400 degrees and set timer for 7 minutes. When timer goes off, check for doneness. Fish should flake easily with a fork. Serve and enjoy with your favorite veggies.
