Broiled Fish With Lemon Curry Butter image

4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
4 cloves Garlic, finely grated or minced
1 1/2 tablespoons Thyme leaves, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons Curry powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
3/4 teaspoon Lemon zest, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
4 pieces Flounder, blackfish, or hake fillets, 6 oz
1 splash Lemon juice, for serving
1 sprig Fresh parsley or dill fronds, for serving

Steps:

  • Heat the broiler. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in garlic, thyme, curry powder, ginger and 1/4 teaspoon salt; heat until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon zest.
