Steps:
- 1. wash & slice broccoli stalks in strips
- 2. place on pan then drizzle with olive oil
- 3. microwave garlic until papery skin burst then peel away and remove
- 4. Press garlic through press sprinkle atop broccoli
- 5. sprinkle with paprika
- 6. Broil for 10 minutes then remove and stir them up on the pan making sure that all are coated well then return to broiler
- 7. Remove from broiler, then set pan in oven for an additional 5 minutes if extra crispness is desired set in hot oven, serve immediately
