BROCCOLI SHRIMP STIR FRY image

Yield 4-6 people

Number Of Ingredients 12

1/2 lb. ground prok
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/4 c oil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 lbs shrimp (deveined)
1 lb broccoli (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tb. cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
1 egg
2 Tb. green onion (chopped)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together pork, salt and pepper. Brown in frying pan. Set aside. 2. Mix together chicken broth, cornstarch, cold water and egg. Set aside. 3. Heat oil, add garlic and shrimp and broccoli till shrimp barely turns pink (about 1 minute). 4. Lower heat to med. Quickly add in chicken broth mixture heat for an additional 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
