Broccoli Power Punch Smoothies image

Mango and pineapple add a tropical flavor to these refreshing smoothies. Great for breakfast or an any-time snack!

1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
1 cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
1/2 cup Cascadian FarmĀ® frozen organic strawberries
1 medium banana, cut up
1/2 cup pineapple juice

Steps:

  • Cook broccoli as directed on bag. Rinse with cold water until cooled. Drain.
  • In blender, place 1/3 cup of the cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. (Cover and refrigerate remaining broccoli for another use.) Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
