I had some veggies that needed to be used, so I thought, why not? Hubby even said(which he hardly ever does), "this is the best salad I've eaten in a long time! You can make this again!" Made my day! It's relatively healthy too!

Steps:
- 1. Break cauliflower & broccoli into small bite sized pieces and put into a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Dice onion & red pepper small & add to veggies. Add bacon & toss. In a smaller bowl, combine mayo & dressing until smooth. Pour over veggies & stir well to make sure everything is coated.
- 3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, add cheese & toss well! Enjoy!
