Brine Chicken Kabobs image

use metal skewers, and make everything the same size will make everything cook even.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pound(s) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
1 - each red, orange,green bell pepper in 1" pieces
1 large red onion cut in 1" pieces
1 - sweet pineapple diced in1" chucks
2 cup(s) of brine

Steps:

  • brine chicken breast for at least 6 hours, remove and rinse. Pat dry.
  • cut vegetables and pineapples into chunks. start arranging the kabobs, chicken, vegetable, then chicken, then pineapple repeat step until at least 3 pieces of chicken is on skewer.
  • clean and oil your grill. cook about3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fully done
