BRIE AND CRANBERRY APPETIZER
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. Place filo shells on cookie sheet. Cut rind off Brie and cut into 15 pieces (roughly 1/2" sq.). Place piece of brie in each shell and top with generous 1/2 tsp. cranberry sauce. Bake at 350 deg. for about 6-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
