Crunchy & delicious. Prep time does not include time for the bread to rise.

18 dinner rolls, thawed but still cool (rhodes brand preferable)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 c parmesan cheese

  • 3. Dip each breadstick in egg and then roll in onion mixture.
  • 4. On a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprayed lightly with cooking spray, place breadsticks approximately 2 inches apart.
  • 5. Cover sheet pan with plastic wraps and let them rise until doubled - then remove wrap.
  • 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
